Corporate Director of Benefits & HR Systems

The Corporate Director of Benefits & HR Systems leads the strategy and execution of employee benefits and HR systems, ensuring compliant and efficient HR operations while delivering a positive associate experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and vendor relationships, including renewals and open enrollment
Lead benefit setup and transitions for newly onboarded or transitioning hotels
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits and leave regulations
Serve as the escalation point for complex state and federal leave-of-absence cases
Manage ADA accommodation requests and oversee the interactive process
Own HRIS, benefits, and timekeeping platforms, including data integrity, reporting, and integrations
Lead system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements
Establish and maintain HR operational policies, procedures, and documentation
Support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives
Reconcile benefit invoices and partner with Finance to manage billing, payments, and discrepancies
Partner with Corporate and field HR teams to ensure consistent execution
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners
Work with vendors to ensure enrollment is flawless

Required

5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, benefits, leave, and HR systems, including senior-level responsibility
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave laws, and HR compliance
Proven experience leading vendors, HR systems, and open enrollment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Multi-location or hospitality experience preferred
