Responsibilities

Performing required tests—including Nondestructive Testing (NDT)—and defining quality control requirements such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) to validate product compliance
Ensuring manufactured or procured products meet all specified standards before release to the next phase of production or customer delivery
Providing QC setup and support during tendering and execution phases of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) activities
Overseeing fulfillment of contractual and regulatory quality requirements to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
Supporting communication and coordination with internal teams regarding quality control services and requirements
Capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement and enhance execution processes
Contributing to team and project objectives, typically completing work goals within 1–3 months with results visible within 1–2 months
Proposing improvements to methods, processes, and procedures within the QC engineering function

Required

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality
Have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Demonstrate strong problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to work independently
Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a commitment to quality excellence
