Senior LevelIntePros is partnering with a fast-growing B2B technology company to help them hire a Technical Lead (Backend / Data Engineering) to support the continued evolution of their intent intelligence platform. In this hands-on leadership role, you will shape backend and data architecture, contribute to production code, and lead a small team of engineers.

Responsibilities
Participate actively in key architectural and technology decisions
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and data systems
Lead and mentor a small engineering team while remaining hands-on
Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and support
Proactively identify problems and propose effective technical solutions
Continuously improve tooling, processes, and overall system reliability
Write and maintain tests; participate in and lead code reviews to uphold high engineering standards
Qualification
Required
Senior-Level Experience: Extensive backend or data engineering experience with comfort owning systems end-to-end
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Airflow and dbt is a plus
Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with event-driven architectures in AWS environments
Leadership & Collaboration: Experience working across product, engineering, and business teams; comfortable guiding others while remaining hands-on
