Responsibilities

Assisting with registration, attendee check-in, and guest services

Supporting session rooms, general sessions, and breakout spaces

Wayfinding and directional support

Managing signage, materials, and on-site logistics

Supporting event timelines and run-of-show execution

Assisting with room setup coordination and meeting materials

Supporting shipping, load-in, and load-out logistics

Observing and assisting with audio-visual coordination

Rooming list and attendee data support

Name badge and welcome packet preparation

On-site troubleshooting and attendee assistance

Helping ensure a seamless attendee experience

Required

Must be available to work on-site at MGM Grand Las Vegas from March 20-26, 2026

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Cvent or other registration/attendee management platforms is a plus but not required

Effective, professional communication skills, including written communication, presentations and client interaction

High accountability and attention to detail, with a strong sense of urgency

Excellent problem-solving and proofreading skills

Ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service, even under tight deadlines

Comfortable switching priorities and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, live event environment

Ability to work long hours on your feet (8-12 hours)

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and support where needed

Enthusiasm to learn, contribute and grow in the meetings and events industry
