Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy
Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
Ability to learn the product suite quickly
Demonstrate strong product knowledge
Qualification
Required
1+ Years of experience and success in sales and building rapport
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
Ability to close deals and upsell policy
Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines
Strong phone presence
The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated, and possess strong verbal & communication skills
Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
