Responsibilities

Lead enterprise ERP transformation from roadmap through execution
Drive platform selection (SAP S/4, Dynamics 365) and implementation strategy
Modernize finance and operational processes leveraging automation, AI, and best‑practice design
Oversee system design, integration, testing, and change management
Manage large internal teams + external system integrators
Partner closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and executive stakeholders

Qualification

Required

10–15+ years in ERP strategy/implementation
Experience running multi-year, multi‑million‑dollar transformation programs
Strong Finance‑aligned ERP background
Big 5 consulting experience (current or previous) is ideal
Proven people leadership and experience running large teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management

Preferred

A background in Finance transformation and prior experience at a Big 5 consultancy is strongly preferred
