Senior LevelIntePros is partnering with Intentsify, an AI-driven intent intelligence company, to help them hire a Senior Data Engineer to join their growing engineering organization. This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling data pipelines and backend systems that power Intentsify’s core platform, working closely with a Technical Lead and the engineering team.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend services
Develop and support workflow orchestration using Airflow
Work heavily in Python to process, transform, and validate large data sets
Contribute to event-driven architectures running on AWS
Partner closely with the Technical Lead on system design and technical decisions
Improve data quality, reliability, and performance across the platform
Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system observability and resiliency
Qualification
Required
Senior-Level Experience: Strong background in data engineering with experience owning systems end-to-end
Python Expertise: Comfortable building production-grade data pipelines and services
Workflow Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Airflow
Cloud Architecture: Experience working in AWS, ideally with event-driven systems
Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with backend engineers, data engineers, and technical leadership
Preferred
Experience with dbt for analytics engineering
Exposure to entity reconciliation, identity resolution, or entity matching at scale
Background working with large, unstructured, or semi-structured data sources
Familiarity with modern data quality, observability, or lineage tools
