Responsibilities
Execute product plans on time and ensure program milestones are met
Compile timelines, track status, and report progress to stakeholders
Escalate late parts/programs and coordinate recovery efforts
Serve as the primary liaison between Mopar and Vehicle Teams
Write and track engineering requisitions and bulletins
Compile and monitor program budgets
Lead meetings effectively and quarterback hot situations with clarity and calmness
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in automotive program management or related roles
Strong leadership and communication skills – able to break down roadblocks and push back when needed
Proven ability to define problems, align teams, and present solutions to senior management
Extensive experience with Stellantis development processes, milestones, and systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Preferred
Experience with Mopar accessory programs
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing and assembly plant operations
Knowledge of engineering requisition systems and budget tracking tools
PMP certification is a plus
