Responsibilities
Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructure, including servers, networking, cabling, and physical security systems
Administer DCIM platforms such as Sunbird dcTrack for asset tracking, capacity planning, and reporting
Manage and support Video Management Systems, with strong preference for exacqVision
Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management
Participate in installations, decommissions, and monitoring
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in enterprise or mission-critical data center environments
Strong knowledge of DCIM, VMS, and ITSM tools
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and data center best practices
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
Preferred
Experience with DCIM platforms such as Sunbird dcTrack for asset tracking, capacity planning, and reporting
Experience managing and supporting Video Management Systems, with strong preference for exacqVision
Experience utilizing ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management
