Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships that align with TVEyes' growth objectives, focusing on revenue-generating opportunities
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to attract new partners, including leading presentations, product demos, and proposal development
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by driving new business through partner channels and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for mid-tier partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns or challenges
Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint marketing initiatives, sales programs, and promotional campaigns
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new partnership opportunities within the broadcast and media intelligence space
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners across key industries, including media, advertising, PR, and analytics
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for partners, including custom data sets, integrations, or co-branded offerings
Track, analyze, and report on partnership metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver regular performance updates to senior management, highlighting progress against goals and key insights from partner interactions
Utilize CRM tools to manage partner relationships, document key interactions, and maintain an accurate pipeline of business development activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in a SaaS, media, or technology company
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals through partnerships or channel sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive partner success
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Self-motivated with a strategic mindset, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events

Preferred

Experience within the media intelligence, analytics, or advertising industries
Familiarity with media monitoring, broadcast, and/or podcast intelligence tools and applications
Proven ability to develop joint business plans and marketing initiatives with partners
Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of metrics that drive partnership success
