Regional Business Development Manager

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
Strong skills in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Strategic Marketing
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (proven closer)
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Knowledge or experience in the public safety, security, or homeland security sectors is a significant advantage
Preferred
Experience selling in PA/NJ/DE/MD in the Security industry
