Play a critical leadership role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy

Ensure it is intelligent, secure, and seamlessly integrated across business units and partner technologies

Code, prototype, and experiment hands-on while governing architectural standards and mentoring teams across multiple clouds and systems

Hands-on coding, prototyping, and experimentation skills

Govern architectural standards and mentor teams across multiple clouds and systems

Preferred

Primary Cloud: Salesforce Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel, Voice, and CTI Integrations)

Secondary Cloud: Experience Cloud and exposure to multi-org, multi-cloud & multi-org landscapes

Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft and REST-based API architectures

Experience with Genesys Cloud or other CTI/voice platforms through Salesforce Open CTI, WebRTC, or Embedded Softphone implementations

Familiarity with Einstein 1 Platform, Prompt Builder, CoPilot, and AgentForce for designing AI-driven automation

Salesforce AgentForce Specialist Certification or strong LLM prompt engineering experience

Familiarity with Data Cloud, Event-Driven Architectures, and API-led connectivity

Strong grounding in DevOps, Copado or similar DevOps tool for CI/CD, test automation, and release governance
