Responsibilities
Preparing structural drawings and BIM models using Revit
Translating design concepts into clear, accurate construction documents
Revising and updating drawings as designs evolve
Identifying inconsistencies or conflicts and proactively coordinating with project leads
Applying established drafting standards and best practices
Supporting project schedules and budgets through efficient, organized output
Qualification
Preferred
Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in drafting/BIM
Revit proficiency
Strong understanding of general building and construction concepts
1+ years of Structural drafting experience preferred
Structural engineering or structural drafting experience
Experience with BIM 360, Bluebeam, or structural analysis tools
