Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning : Develop and implement enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives that align with the company's long-term business strategy and operational needs
Data Analysis and Forecasting : Use data, analytics, and forecasting tools to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business and HR leaders to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and influence executive leadership levels
Workforce Analytics : Apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems and drive business impact
Workforce Planning and Optimization : Design and implement workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems to ensure workforce readiness and agility
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Statistics
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, organizational development, or as an internal or external management consultant
Demonstrated experience in designing and leading consulting projects with business impact
Proven ability to apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems and influence decision-making at executive leadership levels
Familiarity with workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems used in large organizations
Preferred
A Master's degree or MBA
Additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Analytics
