Desktop Support Technician
Brooksource is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user support and device lifecycle services. The role involves supporting endpoint management through SCCM and resolving desktop issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provides hands-on end-user support and device lifecycle services, including PC refreshes, hardware/software upgrades, and break/fix support
Supports endpoint management through SCCM and works directly with users to resolve desktop issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Hands-on desktop support experience (Windows PCs, peripherals)
Experience with PC refreshes, upgrades, and hardware/software installs
Working knowledge of SCCM (deployments, imaging, patching)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Solid work ethic, punctuality, and accountability
Preferred
Experience supporting large enterprise environments
Familiarity with Intune or other MDM tools
Basic Active Directory user/device support
Experience documenting procedures or tickets
