Key Account Manager, Service

KK Group is a leading systems supplier to the renewable energy industry, seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth in the U.S. market. The role involves expanding the Asset Operator business by managing key client relationships and overseeing the entire sales process from business development to deal closure.

Responsibilities

Understand customer portfolio of turbines (installed fleet), and their operational philosophy.ie, self-maintain or OEM premium agreements
Build relationships with procurement and engineering teams and site teams
Manage RfQ’s to increase our Share of Wallet with individual customers in the spareparts and service segment
Manage and hunt relationship with demand creators (sites, Engineering and procurement), such that KK Group is always their first call for what we offer
Establish relationships with key influencers, decision makers, building strong long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth
Provide proactive account management and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
Manage the entire sales process including pipeline management, presentations, sales budgets, forecasting, negotiations, contract execution, and pricing
Collaborate with technical teams and executive leadership to ensure seamless operational execution
Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and conferences and other relevant marketing events

Required

Proven successful track record in B2B Account Management involving technically complex solutions and services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or technical degree preferred
Experience in the wind industry is desired but will consider experience in other renewables, power/utilities, or the oil and gas industry
Service/sparepart and/or project sales experience is required
Hands-on and fully committed to managing sales processes and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Desire to be a part of an ambitious culture with a strong team spirit and drive

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or technical degree preferred
Experience in the wind industry is desired but will consider experience in other renewables, power/utilities, or the oil and gas industry
Electrical engineering experience would be an advantage
