Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support for field service operations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a field environment
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience in leading field service projects and teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements
