Responsibilities
Lead and manage the firm’s RFP, pitch, and awards efforts, including timelines, strategy, quality control, and results tracking
Supervise and collaborate with the proposals and content writer, refining RFP processes, workflows, and analysis and reporting
Partner with attorneys and business development teams to create highly tailored, client-focused proposals
Serve as senior editor and reviewer for RFPs, pitches and submissions; step in as a hands-on proposal and awards writer when needed
Identify and manage upcoming opportunities, maintaining a forward-looking pipeline and calendar
Contribute to thought leadership and marketing content across websites, social media, email, and firm communications
Partner with attorneys, BD teams and external PR/media to develop tailored, compelling proposal strategies
Support content strategy, process improvement, and best practices across marketing channels including articles, campaigns, website and marketing collateral, social media content, email communications, presentation and podcast transcripts
Supervise opportunity identification, running kick-off meetings, calendaring and managing deadlines, resourcing, quality control, and results tracking
