ITSM Developer

Responsibilities
Proven experience developing and customizing ITSM platforms (preferably SolarWinds Service Desk). Ability to design advanced workflows, automation rules, SLA monitoring, and build dashboards for operational visibility
Hands-on experience architecting integrations between ITSM and enterprise systems such as HCM, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform. Skilled in automating service catalog updates, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and knowledge base publishing
Strong understanding of CMDB design and IT asset lifecycle management. Ability to implement governance, audit mechanisms, and integrate CMDB with incident, change, and problem management modules
Deep familiarity with ITIL 4 principles and their practical application. Commitment to staying current with emerging ITSM technologies and leveraging AI-driven enhancements for predictive incident management and workflow optimization
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and independent problem-solving capabilities
