This role focuses on improving credit-to-cash and days-to-claim cycles through accurate financial analysis, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and lenders.

Responsibilities
Support equipment sales and rental conversions through finance coordination and post-sales claims processing
Prepare payoff calculations, finance quotes, and conversion contract details
Review sales contracts for accuracy and compliance with lending and claim requirements
Submit and track lender credit packages through funding completion
Assist with collections on open receivables and reduce pending-funding timelines
Submit and manage post-sales and OTO claims via GCSS and PSCS systems
Analyze and prepare monthly reports; meet funding and claim submission targets
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional communication skills across multiple teams
Knowledge of finance and leasing products and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial database systems (CFCS & CFCA)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience in equipment finance, lending, or sales support
Coursework toward or pursuit of Moody's Commercial Credit certification
