Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route requests appropriately
Provide a friendly, professional experience for all customer interactions
Assist with basic client coordination and follow up communication as needed
Support daily office operations and general workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Manage office supplies
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record organization as needed
Support leadership and team members with administrative tasks
Assist with internal communication and coordination across teams
Follow established processes and help keep day to day operations running efficiently
Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and occasional office events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned as the needs of the office evolve
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Comfortable balancing routine tasks with occasional interruptions
Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable presence
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
High school diploma required
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Relevant office or customer service experience preferred
