Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers
Interpret business problems and translate them into technical solutions
Create designs to solve complex technical problems
Hands on coding in various technologies like Java, Informatica, Springboot, shell scripts, PL-SQL
Strive to continually improve processes to help us deliver high quality solutions at lower cost
Work closely with project management to plan and estimate project effort and cost
Contribute to a teamwork environment by actively participating in peer project reviews, code reviews, design reviews and being available to help others when needed
Contribute to a fun, challenging environment where professional growth and learning are a key focus
Responsible for the development of high-quality solutions consistent with architectural guidelines and best practices
Contribute towards multiple projects concurrently
Participates in the Object Modeling and the creation of Sequence Diagrams
Create clear and thorough project documentation
Responsible for clear, concise written and oral communications
Qualification
Required
5 - 8 years of Java/Informatica/Spring/JUNIT/MyBatis experience with automation
Experience in complex database queries and procedure is a must
Experience With Oracle Or Other Open Database Technologies
Experience in Analysis, Design and Troubleshooting application issues is a must
Must be proficient in design patterns and agile development methodology
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of development experience
5+ years in lead role
5+ years working in Agile development
Preferred
Experience in Health Care domain is a plus
