Responsibilities
Obsess Over Customers by executing ad buying strategies across programmatic platforms, social networks, search engines, and other digital channels while ensuring proper tracking and optimization
Lead with Vision by conducting in-depth analysis of campaign metrics, audience behavior, and conversion paths to inform strategic optimizations and maximize ROI
Go Bold by designing and optimizing testing frameworks for all digital marketing, including A/B and multivariate testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and affiliate marketing channels
Be Decisive by making data-driven recommendations for campaign optimizations, budget reallocation, and strategic pivots to maximize efficiency and drive results
Better You, Better Everyone by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging best practices to keep Purpose Financial at the forefront of performance marketing innovation
Embody Integrity by responding to Compliance team requests and ensuring all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program or possess relevant coursework/experience in marketing, business, analytics, or related field
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus
Genuine curiosity about digital marketing, consumer behavior, and performance optimization
Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry
