Facilities Work Place Ambassador

JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. The Facilities Workplace Ambassador will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities and enhance the end-user experience while managing daily building operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain close working relationships with key LSEG stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
Assist in managing all on-site contractors to ensure performance meets required standards, including inspection of vendor work
Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety procedures and building protocols
Assist in financial processes including purchase order management, monthly accrual reports, and finance tracker monitoring
Ensure all office supplies and services operate to expected standards while maintaining premises in neat, working condition
Support implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Provide insights and feedback for new initiative implementations while liaising with other teams for seamless end-user experience

Required

Experience in coordinator role within facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields
Proficiency with computer equipment and programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong multitasking abilities with proven capability to manage multiple projects effectively
Open communication skills with collaborative team-working approach
Professional service-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Availability to work on-site 5 days per week with overtime availability as needed
Commitment to health and safety protocols and established procedures

Preferred

Direct experience or strong interest in facilities management and customer service
Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
Keen interest in technology and workplace innovation
Experience with financial management platforms and procurement processes
Understanding of asset management and register maintenance
Previous experience in vendor management and oversight
Familiarity with KPI and SLA management and reporting
