Sr. Manager - SPY-6 Production Program Integrator

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Program Director, the SPY-6 Production Leadership Team, and functional leaders to integrate strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline across the program
Lead internal and external (Customer) portfolio communication and reporting cadence, continuity, and content coordination
Support the SPY-6 Production Team through Gate, Audit, Compliance type reviews
Support the Program CORE and Improvement Target initiatives
Responsible for the implementation of the RTX Lifecycle Program Management across the program
Alignment / collaboration with all internal functions regarding EACs, audits, and customer reviews
Display strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external customers
Influence actions and change management across the cross-functional portfolio
Travel required as needed

Required

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
Prior program and or project management experience
Prior leadership/management experience

Preferred

Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (peer, leader, individual contributor)
Strong communications skills
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Program Management Level 7 Certification or equivalent – ability to obtain within 6 months after date of hire
Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Experience with development and production programs
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs
Experience with business and/or program management tools or systems
Demonstrated success creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
