Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide clients through personalized benefit options and enrollment
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Provide exceptional client support throughout the process
Participate in mentorship, training, and team development sessions
Build long-term client relationships that support both professional and personal growth
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident speaking on video and skilled with digital tools and virtual platforms
Passionate about helping others and contributing to a greater mission
Authorized to work in the U.S
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam
Preferred
Experience in customer service, client advising, or consultative roles
