This role involves managing AV hardware and software platforms, providing technical support, and leading a team of AV Analysts while driving innovation through new technology adoption.

Responsibilities
Lead installation, upgrades, and optimization of conference room technologies, digital signage, and audio systems
Serve as subject matter expert for collaboration and Audio Video technologies
Manage AV projects from concept to completion, including vendor coordination and asset management
Provide advanced technical support and act as a senior escalation resource for the AV team
Facilitate large and high-profile meetings to ensure a seamless experience for attendees
Develop and maintain documentation, including audio schematics and knowledge base articles
Research emerging AV technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance Kwik Trip’s collaboration infrastructure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AV solutions meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience required
4–6 years of experience in AV device management and administration
Hands-on experience with Crestron, DTEN, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, NEAT, QSYS Audio DSP, Shure audio solutions, and Dante audio networking systems
Basic networking knowledge
Leadership and vendor management experience
Advanced knowledge of audio and conference room technologies
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical writing skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including noisy or enclosed spaces
Preferred
Certifications such as AVIXA CTS-D or CTS-I, ITIL, Crestron, Dante, and QSYS are preferred but not required
