Responsibilities

Identify and build strong relationships with external organisations, including universities, corporations, industry mentors, community/youth groups, and other nonprofits
Own and lead the sales pipeline of revenue-generating programs including our upcoming organisational platform licensing for corporates and higher-education
Active outreach to hundreds of mentors via various platforms using alternating strategies to maximise conversion (LinkedIn, etc)
Join the P3 team to serve as a public face at events, conferences, and media engagements, representing the organisation to donors, partners, and stakeholders
Support the team’s onboarding of incoming partners; including organising partnership agreements, timely stakeholder communication, and ongoing support
Coordinate various marketing campaigns and help connect P3 with key media outlets
Ensure our organisation remains active & visible in the community by participating in events/meet-ups to foster relationships that advance our organisation's mission
Liaise with the COO on a regular basis to track progress and generate new leads/ideas
Optimise user journeys to maximise efficiency & interaction across P3’s platform
Help to update content across multiple P3 channels, including our website, newsletters, and social media accounts to maximise clarity & conversion

Required

5+ years of experience in securing partnerships
5+ years of sales experience (pitching, cold/warm introductions, etc)
Ability to represent the organisation professionally at events and media opportunities
2+ years of experience in project management, marketing/comms, or a related field
2+ years of experience in partnership account management

Preferred

Experience with a fast-paced startup environment, yes we move fast
Experience in social media comms, and AI-assisted graphic/video editing
Experience in fundraising and donor relations
