Responsibilities
Own and streamline the new hire onboarding process
Coordinate pre-employment screenings and documentation
Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely access to systems, equipment, and training
Build strong, supportive relationships with new hires
Keep onboarding tasks on track with proactive follow-up and clear communication
Maintain audit-ready employee files with meticulous attention to detail
Support talent acquisition by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Manage and update data in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) with precision
Recommend process improvements to keep us moving faster and smarter
Embrace a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, or related field
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Six (6) months prior administrative experience
Prior recruiting, onboarding or HR experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement
Familiarity with HR systems is a plus (training provided!)
