Private Equity Senior Financial Analyst

The Private Equity Senior Financial Analyst will assist in managing a national equity multifamily portfolio, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize financial performance and prepare business plans and reports.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to Asset Managers to assist in executing optimal performance for an assigned portfolio of multifamily properties to maximize investor returns
Prepare well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and proforma projections for each investment to enhance long term value
Prepare various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the portfolio and present results directly to the client
Analyze and report on property performance by evaluating risks on P&L statements, development budgets, and loan covenant hurdles
Loan compliance and hedging risk based on property’s performance
Site Visits/ Travel – 20%
Special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Skilled at calculating sophisticated financial figures and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred
Advanced skill in Excel strongly preferred
Knowledge of private equity multifamily asset management strongly preferred
