Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the SDLC in support of federal systems, including design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment
Collaborate with designers, analysts, cybersecurity teams, and operations staff to deliver secure engineering and operational capabilities
Estimate user stories, design technical solutions, develop application code, and create automated tests
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts in accordance with federal security and compliance requirements
Manage application code and configurations in production AWS environments
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and monitoring solutions to support system availability and performance
Provide monitoring and troubleshooting support for production and network-related issues, including root cause analysis
Debug, test, and remediate application defects
Conduct end-to-end testing and system integration
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to agency standards, security controls, and best practices
Maintain accurate technical and system documentation to support audits and operational continuity
Share best practices, improve DevSecOps processes, and mentor junior engineers
Support Agile ceremonies and work closely with multiple functional teams across the program
