Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to address customer concerns and requests effectively
Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking account performance and identifying trends to help drive business decisions
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Support the sales team to develop strategies for customer retention and acquisition
Partner with Sales Representatives in managing customer accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high level of satisfaction
Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company’s products and services
Provide feedback from customers to assist in product development and enhancement
Reports to the Sales Team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the electronics or tech industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft, Google suite, excel data management, pivot tables
Validate order details against quotes, contracts, or pricing agreements
Enter orders into ERP/CRM (quantities, pricing, ship-to, tax, terms)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Passion for technology and commitment to environmental sustainability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, demonstrated through progressive responsibility and performance in related roles
