You’ll advise on a wide range of leveraged finance matters, including acquisition financings, syndicated lending, direct lending transactions, and related commercial finance work
You’ll work closely with clients on key transactional components, where the quality and precision of your analysis will play a central role in driving outcomes
You’ll be expected to manage drafting, negotiations, and deal execution with accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
Admission to practice in New York, in good standing
A minimum of four years of leveraged finance experience, ideally gained within an AmLaw 100 environment
Strong analytical and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle sophisticated work independently and collaboratively
Client‑facing confidence, sound judgment, and the capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high‑quality work product
