Event Partnership and Motorsport Manager
Porsche Cars North America is looking for an Event Partnership and Motorsport Manager to oversee the planning and execution of various driving and motorsport experiences. The role involves managing brand partnerships, event planning, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.

Responsibilities
Supervision/coordination/reporting of the planning and implementation of the Porsche World Roadshow
Supervision/coordination of all Porsche Track Experience related matters
Promotion of all existing international Porsche Experience formats/offers
Development, piloting and roll-out of additional local Porsche Experience formats/offers
Coordination/promotion of all international Porsche Travel Experience offers
Supervision/coordination of all other local driving events
Promotion/coordination of existing best business practices of driving experience formats (incl. test drive events)
Development, piloting and roll-out of additional local driving experience formats/offers
Supervision and reporting annual activities
Management/handling of driving instructors to support local formats/offers
Supervision/coordination of all central and local motorsport activities (i.e. 24h of Le Mans, Formula E, La Carrera Panamericana)
Supervision/coordination of all regional brand partnerships and sponsoring activities
Promotion/utilization of existing partnerships and tools/formats (i.e. standardized partnership toolkits, racing simulation, golf, tennis)
Develop and implement new ways for PLA markets to plan and execute events more efficiently (Event management software, Guidelines)
Develop and implement new types of events within the PLA region (i.e. new target group formats, virtual events, lifestyle experiences, partnership collaborations)
Overall Supervision/coordination of annual planning of all central (PLA) and local (importer) marketing event measures
Ongoing review and revision of central and local event planning
Marketing Budget control in the experiential marketing area
Responsibility for event management tool
Ensuring KPI based performance measurement of event measures
Alignment of event planning with overall corporate strategy and operational targets
Steering of regional PLA agency for all event related matters and ensure, that all activities are in line with central brand guidelines
Primary contact for importers for all other event related topics
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing operations and/or event management in the automotive or luxury consumer goods industry with international companies (preferably with Latin America and Europe)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish languages required; German language skills beneficial
Good presentation skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time
Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to support strategic projects
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to set and meet strict deadlines
Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
Ability to manage others effectively
Computer proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, ThinkCell)
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud
