Responsibilities

Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans and milestone timelines for all assigned projects
Holds creative and business teams accountable for the timing execution and seamless delivery of all campaigns
Monitors and creates project deliverables, facilitates project meetings
Oversees the approval process across a variety of departments and deliverables
Works with team as a single point of contact, working cross functionally to negotiate solutions and communicate with stakeholders
Coordinates with creative and production teams on day-to-day support, adhering to established processes as needed
Uses formal processes and tools to track documentation of approvals, compliance or requirements
Coordinates with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project
Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning, presents solutions and/or options to manager
Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Frame.io. Nice to have: Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Required

Bachelor's Degree
2-5 Years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Frame.io
Ability to develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans and milestone timelines for all assigned projects
Experience in holding creative and business teams accountable for the timing execution and seamless delivery of all campaigns
Ability to monitor and create project deliverables, facilitate project meetings
Experience overseeing the approval process across a variety of departments and deliverables
Ability to work as a single point of contact, working cross functionally to negotiate solutions and communicate with stakeholders
Experience coordinating with creative and production teams on day-to-day support, adhering to established processes as needed
