Responsibilities
Managing an RNG plant start-up from SAT through full commissioning and operational acceptance
Coordinate activity of all parties to meet start up and operational requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner
Providing leadership and coaching to Engineers and Technicians
Responsible for individual skid and Balance of Plant controls support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required
7-10 years of experience with RNG plants in both landfill and biogas settings and/or gas compression and separation equipment and processes in related industries
Experience with RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, and startup, including demonstrated experience with full plant operation
Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to 'think on your feet' and resolve issues in the field in real time
Strong customer service and communication skills and mindset; ability to balance competing interests of customers, contractors, vendors and other parties
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with other project managers, engineers, and trades
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Able to travel nationwide up to 50%+, including multiple weeks on site as required
Preferred
CAD experience
Project management skills (PMP a plus)
