Design, develop, and implement custom plugins and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 using C# and JavaScript
Customize and configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements
Create and maintain seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
Enhance system performance through optimized coding practices and efficient query design
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality
Continuously monitor, refine, and improve CRM system workflows and plugins
Work closely with the lead CRM strategist to align technical solutions with business goals
Provide insights and recommendations for CRM best practices and system enhancements
Utilize GitHub for version control, ensuring collaborative and efficient development
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, workflows, and plugins
Qualification

Complex Data Migration exp
Data Migration from old CRM system to new CRM, data migration tools like Astera or similar
Very Strong comm skills
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong background in developing, configuring, and customizing CRM workflows, backend plugins, and front-end enhancements
Proficiency in scripting and programming
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom plugins and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 using C# and JavaScript
Ability to customize and configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements
Experience in creating and maintaining seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
Ability to enhance system performance through optimized coding practices and efficient query design
