Assist with a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
Appear in court as needed and support senior attorneys in case preparation
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in the State of Delaware
Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn new areas of law
Preferred
Prior family law experience, including judicial clerkship or internship
