Confidential company is seeking an Auto Body Shop Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and support the repair process. The role involves answering calls, updating customers on repair status, and handling paperwork related to vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities
Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate party
Update customers and Insurance companies with repair status
Open repair orders
Deliver vehicles, collect payments and signatures on all necessary paperwork
Call on assignments and confirm insurance coverage
Complete and assist in miscellaneous tasks
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written/oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
Bodyshop Customer Services Representative: 1 year (Required)
