Mid LevelLOC Credit Union is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our growing team at the Dearborn Chase Branch as a Head Teller/Vault Custodian. This position is responsible for ensuring the operation of the teller line and exceptional member satisfaction, while also conducting transactions and supporting tellers with inquiries.

Responsibilities
Ensure the operation of the teller line and exceptional member satisfaction
Train the teller line on procedures
Conduct transactions on the teller line such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Approve check holds and overrides
Support tellers with inquiries
Serve as a Notary Republic and provide Signature Guarantee Medallion services
Work a minimum of one Saturday per month with occasional travel to other branches
Qualification
Required
Proactive and dedicated individual
Self-motivated
Capable of training the teller line on procedures
Customer service experience
Acts as the branch's Vault/ATM Custodian
Conduct transactions on the teller line such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Approve check holds and overrides
Support tellers with inquiries
Serves as a Notary Republic
Provides Signature Guarantee Medallion services
Willing to work a minimum of one Saturday per month
Occasional travel to other branches
