Responsibilities
Calculate and manage monthly sales commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved compensation plans
Prepare and deliver monthly payroll reports to the HQ HR Department
Perform salary and compensation benchmarking using market data to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices
Analyze sales commission schemes and conduct market benchmarking to assess competitiveness and effectiveness
Conduct weekly analysis of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) actuals versus budget
Perform monthly HR cost analysis, including YTD vs YTD budget and actual month vs budget, with detailed breakdowns (payroll costs, overtime, sales commissions, etc.)
Monitor and report on workforce metrics, including open headcount, retention rates (MTD/YTD), extra hours worked, temp work hours, and overall HR costs versus budget
Manage and maintain HR data integrity across systems by performing regular data quality checks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information and reports
Design and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and analyses—both recurring and ad hoc—translating complex data into actionable insights and identifying trends to support workforce planning, recruitment efficiency, and strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle preferred)
Experience creating dashboards and reports; knowledge of BI tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
