Ecommerce Growth Manager
Confidential is seeking a hard working and tactical eCommerce Growth Manager to lead the digital expansion of their DTC channels for Zenagen and ACTIIV. The role involves owning the digital P&L, optimizing ad accounts, and driving substantial revenue growth through campaign management and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Digital Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize our eCommerce operations on Shopify, including site funnels, product listings, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to support aggressive revenue growth targets
Ad Spend and Campaign Management: Hands-on execution in ad accounts (primarily Meta, with potential for Google Ads or others) to set up, monitor, and refine paid media campaigns. Partner with our Meta agency on larger initiatives while developing in-house expertise; focus on improving ROAS and efficiently scaling budgets
Growth Strategy and Analytics: Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversions, retention, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and ad platforms. Build and execute growth roadmaps, including email/retention programs, influencer/PR efforts, and subscription optimizations to deliver measurable revenue and EBITDA improvements
Content and Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the design team to implement high-performing content (visuals, copy) across eCommerce touchpoints. Partner closely with the Head of Brand Marketing on content flywheels, ensuring strong alignment with brand pillars for DTC activations
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Own core KPIs such as DTC traffic/conversion rates, engagement metrics, and revenue targets. Deliver regular reports to stakeholders with ROI insights and proactively adjust strategies based on data
Innovation and Testing: Run quick-win experiments (e.g., messaging tests, new retention tactics) and scale winners. Explore new channels or tools to fuel growth while maintaining a lean, efficient approach
Team Building Support: Help identify and onboard additional growth talent as we expand in-house operations
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in eCommerce growth roles, with agency and in-house experience at DTC brands (beauty, wellness, or consumer products preferred). Proven ability to manage and scale eCommerce businesses, with direct impact on revenue and EBITDA growth
Strong expertise in Shopify (optimization, apps, extensions)
Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing); experience with additional platforms like Google Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus
Solid analytical capabilities using Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Track record of owning digital P&L, optimizing acquisition/retention funnels, and driving significant growth in key metrics. Experience shifting from heavy agency reliance to in-house scaling is highly valued
Analytical and data-driven; strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams (design, marketing, operations). Self-motivated remote worker with a scrappy, innovative mindset
