This role involves overseeing core systems and business applications while ensuring exceptional member experiences and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee teams managing business applications, digital platforms, and member-facing solutions
Collaborate with business units to develop application roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities. Translate requirements into secure, compliant solutions
Ensure routine maintenance, upgrades, and incident management for applications. Drive continuous improvement and system health monitoring
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, contribute to strategic planning, and lead staff development, budgeting, and compliance efforts
Partner with the Chief Strategy Office to explore emerging technologies and enhance delivery methodologies through DevOps, cloud adoption, and automation
Oversee vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualification

Senior leadership experienceData/analytics team buildingDigital platforms managementIT security expertiseEnterprise architectureFinancial services experienceBachelor’s degree

Required

15+ years in IT, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven success in building and scaling data/analytics teams and leading organizational transformation
Expertise in managing diverse technology functions: Digital Platforms, Data Platforms, Business Applications, IT Security, Enterprise Architecture
Financial services experience required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
