Administrative Assistant - Education
Lincoln Tech is one of the nation's leading providers of career training in various fields. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the day-to-day workflow of their Education Group, providing essential administrative support and communication with students and management.
Higher Education
Responsibilities
Creates correspondence for the Education Group, including word processing of letters, memos, forms, policies, and procedures (including handling of confidential information)
Provides administrative support, including telephone coverage, correspondence, supply control, and necessary communications, both internal and external
Interfaces with students and potential students as needed
Functions as a liaison with the schools, disseminating reports from the Corporate Education Department
Maintains attendance calendar for key management personnel
Provides backup to the Front Desk
Qualification
Required
3 years' administrative experience
2 years of college or equivalent work experience
Computer literate in Microsoft Word-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Great organizational skills
Team player, who is able to assist different departments
