Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
Strong background in Customer Service to effectively support and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in using real estate technology platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred
Familiarity with Northeast Florida's real estate market is an advantage
