The intern will work alongside Sales and Operations leadership, learning how insurance solutions are sold and supported for small business clients while developing professional skills.

Responsibilities
Shadow Sales and Operations leaders to understand strategy, decision-making, and priorities
Observe and support inside sales teams and client service teams
Assist with special marketing projects (research, organization, basic analysis, or content support)
Support data clean-up and organization efforts, learning the importance of data accuracy in business operations
Complete a short Cornerstone Project focused on research, critical thinking, and presentation skills
Qualification
Required
High school senior
Interest in small business insurance
Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on tasks
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong organizational skills
