Dealing with collections heavily via phone/emails
The Credit & Collections will be resolving any customer/client issues
Analyzing aging reports
Applying payments, ACH's, to proper accounts
The Credit & Collections Specialist entering data into accounting software and Excel
Qualification
Required
The Credit & Collections Specialist will reconcile accounts receivables
Dealing with collections heavily via phone/emails
The Credit & Collections will be resolving any customer/client issues
Analyzing aging reports
Applying payments, ACH's, to proper accounts
The Credit & Collections Specialist entering data into accounting software and Excel
Preferred
ERP software experience preferred
Prior AR experience especially within collections is helpful
