Strive for excellence and go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional luxury experience in our Flagship location
Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
Coordinate the organizations and execution of awe-inspiring luxury events in our Flagship location
Be a driving force behind new and ongoing service, sales and event opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success
Assist in planning and leading strategic plan initiatives and activations for the Flagship in partnership with the Retail Excellence Store Manager, Head of Flagship and Head of Marketing
Qualification
Required
Worked in a multi-cultural environment with a minimum of 3 years' experience
Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills
Digital proficiency
A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
English skills
