Senior Associate Scientist - Bioassays

Responsibilities
Designing and performing experiments to evaluate the ability of these drug candidates to activate responses in both primary and engineered mammalian cells
Key responsibilities include mammalian cell culture, stable cell line generation, primary cell isolation, flow cytometry, and cell-based functional assays such as reporter and cytotoxicity assays
The ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and contribute to high-throughput screening campaigns is highly valued
Strong analytical skills are needed to process and interpret experimental data
Effective communication of results and insights will be essential for driving project progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (with 4+ years experience) or Masters (with 2+ years experience)
Cell Culture (adherent and non-adherent cells)
Cell Engineering
Basic computer programming experience
Basic Molecular Biology techniques
Flow Cytometry
Primary cell isolation and assays
Excellent communication skills
