They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide valuable support in day-to-day HR tasks including compliance, onboarding, and managing communications for the HR department.

Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Support the recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks, assisting with the on-boarding process
Schedule meetings, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Assist with HR projects
Also, may be required to perform other Human Resources or Executive Office related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to operate general office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Ability to maintain confidential information
Must be able to remain calm, pleasant, poised, and professional always
Must work well in a team environment and in fast-paced, high-pressure situation
